Emaar MGF celebrates Lohri at their integrated township, Mohali Hills

The celebrations took place on the premises of Emaar MGF’s upcoming commercial space ‘Central Plaza’ in Sector 105, Mohali

 

Emaar MGF Land Ltd, a leading real estate and infrastructure developer celebrated Lohri at their integrated township, Mohali Hills. The celebrations took place on the premises of Emaar MGF’s upcoming commercial space ‘Central Plaza’ in Sector 105, Mohali.

The company invited Business Associates from across the state of Punjab to share the joyous moment. Apart from the traditional rewari, gajak and peanuts, guests relished the scrumptious lunch.

According to Mr. Rajiv Gupta, Head Sales (North), Emaar MGF Land Ltd, “Lohri is an important festival of Punjab which marks the end of the cold winter months. We make it a point to organize a get-together and celebrate the occasion every year at Mohali Hills”.

The gala event concluded with a presentation highlighting the development and infrastructure work at Mohali Hills. Company officials declared that the possession of The Views (Phase-I), The Villas and The Bungalows has begun. As of now, more than 1000 plots have been handed over and owners have already started constructing homes.  Sewage Treatment Plants and Water Works are operational while Electricity from Punjab State Power Corporation Limited has been commissioned. Other prominent PHE services running along a length of 24kms have also been completed. Mohali Hills has 50 acres of green belt and more than 3 lakh trees have been planted over an area of 23 acres. The company also announced the much-awaited news that registry has been opened across the township.
